Grandkids
Saturday, October 29th, 2005So, I went to dinner with my parents tonight and they were telling me about how they had rearranged my room. This is the first time my room has been touched since I moved out 6 years ago, which is amazing that they are finally changing it! So, my dad was asking me what things he could throw away, since my mom is a pack rat and likes to keep everything. He started to mention the dozens of Cabbage Patch Dolls that I have in my closet and my mom quickly stepped in and said "those are for the grandkids. We’re going to put them in the nursery." My dad and I both look at her funny. I’m like "Mom, don’t expect grandkids anytime soon." Moms!

Funny Story of the Day
Wednesday, October 26th, 2005Joe calls me at work to tell me this:
A girl walks up to him at the bus stop. She asks, "Has the bus already passed?" Joe replies, "Yes, just a minute ago." The girl sits down next to Joe and opens her paper. She then turns to Joe and asks, "Would you like half my paper to read?" Joe replies, "No thanks." Did she not see the Blind Man Stick???? I personally think he should have taken the paper and pretended to read it.

Saturday, October 22nd, 2005Well, it’s taken me long enough to get around to doing this. It seems I can keep track of what’s going on in my friends’ lives through their blogs, but do they know what’s going on in mine?? Well, now hopefully they will.
